Precautions for use of slurry tanker:

Before operation

• Equipment inspection: Carefully inspect all components of the liquid manure tanker, including pipes, nozzles, valves, pumps, etc., for damage, leaks, or blockages, and ensure that the transmission components are functioning properly.

• Cleaning the tank: Before use, thoroughly clean the fertilizer tank of the spreader to remove debris, residual fertilizer, and dirt from the tank, preventing them from mixing with new fertilizer and affecting the fertilization effect or blocking the pipeline.

During operation

• Reasonable selection of fertilizers: Ensure that the liquid fertilizers used meet the requirements of the liquid manure tanker, pay attention to the concentration, viscosity, acidity and alkalinity of the fertilizers, and avoid using fertilizers that are too thick or contain impurities to prevent clogging of the nozzle or damage to the equipment.

• Constant speed driving: When working in the field, the fertilizer spreader should be kept running at a constant speed, not too fast or too slow, to ensure the uniformity of fertilization.

• Observe equipment operation: Always pay attention to the operation status of the fertilizer spreader, including the spraying of fertilizer, whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations in the equipment, etc. If problems such as nozzle blockage or fertilizer leakage are found, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner for handling.

After operation

• Cleaning equipment: After the operation is completed, clean the liquid manure spreader in a timely manner, rinse the fertilizer tank, pipeline, nozzle and other components with clean water to prevent residual fertilizer from corroding the equipment.

• Proper storage: Park the slurry spreader in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. Rust prevention measures can be taken for parts that are prone to rusting.
