Function Introduction:

Fertilizer spreading: The double vertical auger manure spreader can spread various fertilizers, such as dry and wet manure, block manure, organic fertilizer, granular fertilizer, etc. It can also spread materials such as sand and lime. By towing with a tractor, the vertical auger device breaks down the fertilizer and evenly spreads it. The spreading width can be adjusted, usually 8-18 meters.

Fertilizer conveying: The fertilizer conveying system is driven by the hydraulic output power of the tractor, which drives the conveyor chain inside the hopper to automatically convey the fertilizer backwards. The conveying speed can be adjusted through a precision speed control valve to meet different spreading needs.

It has good crushing and spreading effects for sticky and wet manure and large manure. Precautions for use:

1. Pre operation inspection

• Inspection of connecting components: Ensure that the connection between the vertical beater fertilizer spreader and the tractor is firm and reliable, and check whether the connecting hooks, traction rods, and other components are damaged, deformed, or loose.

• Tire and chassis inspection: Check whether the tire pressure is normal, whether the tire tread is excessively worn, whether the chassis is deformed, cracked or otherwise damaged, to ensure the safety of vehicle driving.

Power transmission inspection: Check the hydraulic transmission system from the tractor to the vertical auger manure spreader, ensure that the oil pipe connection is tight and leak free, the valve opening and closing are normal, and confirm that the power transmission can effectively drive the vertical winch and conveyor chain.

• Inspection of fertilizer spreading device: Check whether the vertical auger can rotate flexibly, whether there are foreign objects stuck, and whether the auger blades are complete and firm; Check if the conveyor chain is properly tensioned and if there are any damaged or detached links; At the same time, check whether the fertilizer gate can open and close normally, and whether the adjustment device is flexible and effective.

2. During the fertilization process

• Driving speed control: Reasonably control the driving speed of the tractor based on the type and amount of fertilizer required, as well as the performance of the fertilizer application device. Driving at too fast a speed may result in uneven fertilization, insufficient fertilizer crushing, or overload of the conveyor chain, while driving at too slow a speed can affect work efficiency.

• Fertilization parameter adjustment: Based on the fertilization plan and actual situation, accurately adjust the speed of the vertical auger, the speed of the conveyor chain, and the opening of the fertilizer gate. Different fertilizer characteristics (such as humidity, particle size, block degree, etc.) and fertilization requirements (such as fertilizer width, fertilizer density, etc.) require different fertilizer application settings, and the fertilizer application effect should be closely observed and adjusted in a timely manner.

• Avoid overloading operation: Do not exceed the rated fertilizer carrying capacity of the manure spreader and the working load of components such as the conveyor chain and vertical winch. Overloading may cause damage to the fertilizer spreading device, uneven fertilization, and difficulty driving the vehicle.

3. Maintenance and upkeep

• Regular cleaning: After each fertilization operation is completed, promptly clean up the residual fertilizers in the carriage, on the vertical auger, and on the conveyor chain to prevent fertilizer from corroding the equipment. You can rinse with clean water (but be careful to avoid water ingress into electrical and critical transmission components).

• Check the wear condition: Regularly inspect the wear condition of the vertical auger blades, conveyor chain, gearbox and other components. If there is severe wear, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the fertilization effect and equipment life.

• Storage environment requirements: When the fertilizer spreader is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and well ventilated place to prevent the equipment from getting damp and rusting. At the same time, the pressure of the hydraulic system should be released to avoid long-term damage to the system caused by being under pressure.
