Product Description:

This is a multifunctional self-propelled manure spreader that does not require a tractor for operation. The tricycle manure spreader utilizes a screw auger or double-disk mechanism for fertilizer distribution, featuring a compact and flexible design with wide applicability. The manure spreaders are suitable for spreading organic fertilizers, farm manure, solid manure, compost, cow dung, pig dung, sheep dung, chicken dung, and more. The fertilizer spreader combines transportation and fertilization in one process, delivering high efficiency and significantly reducing labor costs—cutting expenses to just one-fifth of manual spreading. The spreader is ideal for seeding and fertilizing under various conditions, including flat farmland, grasslands, slopes, and hilly areas in agricultural, forestry, and pastoral regions. The spreader boasts excellent mobility, simple structure, user-friendly operation, uniform spreading, and reliable performance.

The hopper is formed as a single piece with seamless welding and reinforced by two ribs, ensuring it remains deformation-resistant even after prolonged use, thereby enhancing stability. The surface undergoes multiple treatments, including polishing, phosphating, primer coating, topcoat, and curing, significantly improving its resistance to alkali and corrosion.

The chassis adopts a top-tier domestic brand, Wuzheng, featuring electric start and power steering for easier operation. Equipped with a China 4-standard Changchai engine, the chassis is a double-beam reinforced type with excellent load-bearing capacity and high safety standards.

The entire system is hydraulically controlled, with the engine driving the gear pump via a pulley. The gear pump is connected to the hydraulic oil tank. The reducer effectively controls the chain conveyor to ensure smooth and uniform fertilizer distribution while also extending the motor's service life. It features an encrypted, thickened, and reinforced U-shaped scraper, along with mining-grade chains and sprocket links, offering high strength and excellent toughness.

The double-cylinder lifting hydraulic door is designed to prevent composting, accumulation, and deformation. Below it, a hydraulic motor controls the disc for spreading, equipped with a flow control valve that allows adjustment of the fertilizer spreading width and conveying speed as needed.

Precautions for use:

1. Operation training and safety awareness

The operator should be familiar with the various operating components of the tricycle manure spreader, such as the position and function of the accelerator, brake, gear, and fertilizer spreading device control buttons.

2. Pre use inspection

Manure spreader overall inspection: Check the body for damage, deformation, or cracks, especially the chassis and frame parts, to ensure the structural integrity of the vehicle.

Tire inspection: Check whether the tire pressure is normal, whether there are any damages or foreign objects embedded on the tire surface, etc., to ensure the safety of vehicle driving.

Power system inspection: Check whether the engine (or motor) oil, coolant (if it is a water-cooled engine), fuel (or electricity), etc. are sufficient, whether the connecting parts are loose, and whether the transmission components such as belts and chains are normal.

Inspection of fertilizer spreading device: Check whether the disc, auger, or other fertilizer spreading components of the fertilizer spreading device can rotate flexibly and whether there are any foreign objects blocking them; Whether the fertilizer output gate is unobstructed and whether the adjustment device is flexible and effective.

3. Fertilizer loading and transportation

When loading fertilizer, it is important to note that the weight of the fertilizer should not exceed the rated load capacity of the vehicle to avoid overloading and damage to the vehicle. At the same time, efforts should be made to evenly distribute fertilizers inside the carriage to prevent the vehicle's center of gravity from shifting.

During the transportation of fertilizers to the work site, traffic rules and safety regulations within the farm must be followed. The driving speed should be moderate, avoiding sudden braking, sharp turns, and other situations to prevent fertilizer spillage or vehicle rollover.

4. Fertilization process

Reasonably adjust the parameters of the fertilizer application device, such as the width, speed, and angle of application, based on factors such as the type of fertilizer, particle size, humidity, and the needs of the farmland, to ensure even distribution of fertilizer.

Before starting the fertilizer spreading device, ensure that there are no personnel or obstacles around to avoid fertilizer splashing and injuring people or damaging other objects. During the fertilization process, the operator should closely monitor the fertilization effect. If there are any abnormalities (such as uneven fertilization, blockage, etc.), the fertilization should be stopped in a timely manner, and the fertilization device should be checked and adjusted.

Pay attention to controlling the driving speed of the vehicle, which should match the working parameters of the fertilizer application device. Generally, the speed should not be too fast to avoid affecting the uniformity of fertilizer application.

5. Maintenance

After each use, the residual fertilizer on the spreader and fertilizer spreading device should be cleaned in a timely manner, rinsed with clean water (but be careful to avoid water ingress to electrical components and key transmission components), to prevent fertilizer corrosion of the equipment.

Regularly maintain the manure spreader's power system, such as changing oil, air filters, spark plugs (if it is a fuel engine), etc; Inspect and maintain the fertilizer spreading device, such as lubricating rotating parts, checking and replacing worn fertilizer spreading parts, etc.

When not in use for a long time, the vehicle should be stored in a dry and well ventilated place, and the fuel tank components of the spreader should be damaged. Drain the fuel from the engine (if it is a gasoline engine) or charge it regularly (if it is an electric vehicle) to prevent damage to spreader components.
